For BizCo it's really not about the actual size of the company but rather it's about the person who leads it - the CEO, president or business owner. Our business conversations with CEOs, presidents and business owners are often about what appears to be a complicated business problem. We don't talk with business people in layers of abstract jargon. Instead, together, we break down the business problem into the most basic of possible elements so it's understood by you and everyone involved. And, most important, it's completely solvable as well as doable.

We have learned over the years that it's best to not put any tools in my hand. If something needs repaired in the house, it's best to just call the appropriate repair service rather than have me attempt to fix it.
